Tenant Relations

• Daily management of tenant requests and complaints.
• Supervision of all maintenance and repair requests.

Property Management

• Handle all aspects of the lease agreement including showing the property, pre-qualifying applicants and preparing lease document.
• Conduct regular property inspections.

• Maintain monthly rent roll providing information on rent, fees and rent losses.
• Monitor expenses, approve bills and disburse funds including proceeds to investor/owner.
• Collect, maintain and repay security deposits in accordance with local statutes.
• Enforce strict rent collection policy with a 97.2% success rate.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Monitor operating budget vs. actuals.
• Provide annual reports for tax preparation.
